REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Njagi Kigo, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Tigithi/Matanya Block 3 (Matanya Centre)/388, containing 1.300 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia and whereas all evidence adduced confirm that the THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st April, 2011 said parcel belongs to James Gatei Kariuki, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer to James Gatei Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Johnson Njagi Kigo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
