IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the
Explosives Act, the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources appoints—
JENIFER ATIENO OYATO HALWENGE to be the Chief Inspector of Explosives with effect from 1st January, 2011.
