Birech, Ruto & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyambura Karanja, late of Kihuga Square, Eldoret, who died on 27th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. 221 OF 2010 By Zaidun Jerobon alias Zaitun Ngala, of P.O. Box 86, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased‘s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiptoo Cullen alias John Kipto Ngala, who died on 13th January 2010. CAUSE NO. 265 OF 2010 By (1) Caroline Jepkosgei Rotich and (2) Kipcholio Kotete, both of P.O. Box 47, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi Kotete, who died on 30th April, 2009.
