THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruxmani Amritlal Shah, of P.O. Box 44612-00100, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.2739 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R 1870/VIII/186, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 34522/1, and whereas the said Ruxmani Amritlal Shah has lodged an instrument of discharge and death certificate, and whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said certificate of title registered as No. I.R 34522/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge and death certificate day book Nos. 363 and 364 of March, 2011.
