REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joreth Limited, of P.O. Box 20423, Nairobi, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 0.9313 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R 12422/208, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a grant registered as I.R. 35459/1, and whereas the said Joreth Limited has lodged an instrument of transfer, and whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said grant registered as No. I.R 35459/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer day book Nos. 1367 of 15th September 2008.
