WHEREAS John Mwangi Kiriro, of P.O. Box 30649, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0310 hectare or thereabouts, situate 25th March, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 783 in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 151/178, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
