NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the following motor vehicles— KYV 596 Mercedes Benz, KRM 927 Peugeot 406, UAD 361L Mitsubishi Fighter, KVV 906 Peugeot 404 pick-up, KJC 487 Volkswagon beetle, KAX 043L Ford pick-up, KAS 476V Toyota Hiace, T784 AMS Toyota Celica, to collect the said motor vehicles from Hollywood Garege, Meru Road, Nairobi, opposite Pumwani Maternity Hospital, Tel. No. 0722774650/0733630338/0203500814, within a period of fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which they shall be disposed of under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act and accounted for at the owners’ peril as to the possible adverse consequences.
