THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Loresho and Kiora (Plantations) Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office in Kiambu, of P.O. Box 300, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9934/2, situate in the north east of Kiambu Township in the Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 17698/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
