REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Barua Estate Limited, of P.O. Box 47764–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.9879 hectare or thereabouts, known as MN/I/3182, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of the title registered as No. CR. 16421/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that I shall issue a provisional certificate after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period.
