GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5714

WHEREAS Anastacia Naserian Mpaada, (2) Neyieyio Mpaada Partalala and (3) Philip Mpaada Setei, all of P.O. Box 220, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of that piece of land parcel No. Kajiado/Olchoro Onyore/4469, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kajiado, in civil suit No. 6 of 2011 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Dominic Ngei Nzioki (2) Damaris Wanjiku Wambui and (3) James Gichu Migwa, all of P.O. Box 1099–00100, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of (1) Dominic Ngei Nzioki, (2) Damaris Wanjiku Wambui and (3) James Gichu Migwa, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a title deed to the said (1) Dominic Ngei Nzioki, (2) Damaris Wanjiku Wambui and (3) James Gichu Migwa and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to Mpaada Setei Sironka, shall be deemed to be cancelled and no effect.
