APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 260 (1) of the Local Government Act, notice is given that the Municipal Council of Kisii has, with effect from 4th April, 2011, resolved to appoint— BENSON MANYARA BICHANG‘A to be Public Prosecutor in Subordinate Courts, for all cases arising within the jurisdiction of the Council under the Local Government Act and By-laws made by the Council.
