WHEREAS Mwangi Mutiithi (ID/5484873), of P.O. Box 1214, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title Nos. Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 4/1365 and 1366, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
