GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6409

WHEREAS Githegi Kanyara Githegi, of P.O. Box 49, Soy in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land parcel No. Kakamega/Soy/20, situate in Kakamega/Lugari District, and whereas the judge of the High Court of Kakamega in succession cause No. 15 of 2009 has ordered the said piece of land transferred to Charles Kamsa Ombodo, of P.O. Box 34291, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a subdivision/transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the said Charles Kamsa Ombodo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Charles Kamsa Ombodo and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Githegi Kanyara Githegi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
