GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6411

WHEREAS Peter Muthama Wamwiri, (2) Samuel Mirieh Kiarieh and (3) Daniel Muthama Kinyanjui, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as parcel No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/926, situate in the district of Dagoretti, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 2355 of 1996 has ordered that the grant of letters of administration issued to (1) Jane Wanjiku, (2) Peter Muthama Wamwiri and (3) Samuel Mirieh Kiarieh , on 9th December, 1997 and confirmed on 21st July, 1998 in succession cause No. 2205 of 1997 be revoked, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the court order, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Peter Muthama Wamwiri, (2) Samuel Mirieh Kiarieh and (3) Daniel Muthama Kinyanjui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
