REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndirangu Kimanya, of P.O. Box 53913 –00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Muhito/Gaturia/359, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Public Trustee in civil suit No. 428 of 1980, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Margaret Wangari Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 65529, Nairobi, and whereas the Public Trustee misplaced the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after expiration thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue oof title deed to the said Margaret Wangari Ndirangu, and upon 10th June, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1691 such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Ndirangu Kimanya, shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect.
