COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plans were on 30th March, 2011, 26th July, 2010 and 18th July, 2010, completed respectively. The development plans relate to land situated within Siyoi, Sitatinga and Sorungai centres. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Trans Nzoia and County Clerk, County Council of Nzoia. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Trans Nzoia and County Clerk, County Council of Nzoia, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 1374–30200, Kitale, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 20th May, 2011.
