WHEREAS Tasneem Aziz Master, of P.O. Box 32247, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered owner as administratrix of the estate of Fidahussain Gulam Hussein Bux in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4162 Malindi within Malindi Municipality in Malindi District held by a certificate of title No. C.R. 18139 containing measurement of 0.5700 hectare, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
