WHEREAS (1) Joseph Ouma Rasawo, (2) Maurice Omondi Akech, (3) Paschalia Opany Akech and (4) Philip Raburu (Jilinde Self Help Group), all of P.O. Box 7849, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Pioneer/Ngeria Block 1 (Eatec)/9622, and whereas one (1) Sally J. Kibet and (2) Esther J. Kirui have illegally obtained a title on the same, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall expunge the records of the said (1) Sally J.
