TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2011 By Phoeth Mathei Kitheka, of P.O. Box 66, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitheka K. alias Musembi, late of Miu Location, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 1978. CAUSE NO. 40 OF 2011 By (1) Christopher Kali Maithya and (2) Cathrine Muingo Maithya, both of P.O. Box 578–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Muthengi Mwaniki, late of Mwingi Location, who died at Kivandeni, Matuu, on 3rd January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
