Box 3243, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Kimaiyo, of Keiyo, who died at Kapsamich Village, Samich Sub-location, on 10th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2011 By (1) Alice Wangari Mwaura and (2) Joseph Maina, both of P.O. Box 21, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Ngala & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwaura Ngugi, late of Kiplombe, Uasin Gishu District, who died on 30th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
