IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 148 of the
Local Government Act, notice is given that the revised and updated
County Council of Nyeri fees and charges schedule for the Financial year 2010/2011 has been approved by the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister for Local Government as required and is hereby imposed within the County Council of Nyeri area of jurisdiction from the date of this publication.
