NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Toyota AE 100 reg. No. KAH 921D, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Alindi Auto Garage, at NCCK Centre small industry along Rabai Road, Nairobi, upon full payment of all outstanding charges, storage and any other incidental costs within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to comply with this notice the aforesaid mentioned vehicle will be sold without further notice, the proceeds shall be defrayed against all costs, surplus if any will be paid to the owners on demand, shorftfall will be claimed from the owners by proceedings for recovery thereof.
