ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following vehicles, (1) CMC Trailer Flat Bed Chassis No. 93003F, (2) trailer flat Bed, (3) Scania (RH37V) Artic reg. No. KAN 094R, (4) Renault (22JVA) Prime Mover reg KAT 890T to collect them from the premises of Saatchi Kabiro & Associates situated at LR No. 191/41 (Volvo Godowns) along Mombasa Road before Mlolongo, upon payment of storage charges within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which each of the said vehicles will be sold by public auction to defray all accrued charges in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
