NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to (1) Nairobi Channels Auctioneers, to collect their motor vehicle stored under card Nos. 2104 KAJ 677D BMW Saloon, (2) Expeditious General Merchant to collect their motor vehicles stored under card No. 3863 KAD 690Z, Nissan Sunny, card No. 3533 KAW 516Y, Toyota Hiace and card No. 3714 KBA 323T Mazda Swaraj, (3) Kiriiyu Merchants to collect their motor vehicles stored under card No. 4146 KAG 022S Subaru leone, (4) Lifeline Traders to collect their goods stored under card No. 4636, (5) Dalali Traders to collect their goods under card No. 4613, (6) Auckland Agencies to collect their goods stored under card No. 4464, (7) Jumbo Air Link Auctioneers to collect their goods stored under card No. 4415, (8) S. K. Ndegwa Auctioneers to collect the goods stored under card No. 4234, all lying uncollected at the premise of Pangani Auction Centre along Murang‘a Road opposite Guru Nanak Hospital, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within twenty one days (21) from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Pangani Auction Centre, storage charges and any other incidental costs including costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed off by way of public auction without further notice.
