NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KRH 578, Chevrolet Pickup one Antony Chege Wamboi, lying in the premises of Sisule Enterprises Garage, Thika Industrial Area to take delivery of the same within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and any other incidental costs incurred until delivery is taken and notice is further given that the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of sale or part thereof will be used to defray the outstanding amount owing should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stated.
