REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Songhai Investments Limited, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kilifi/Jimba/1342, situate in the district of Malindi, and whereas the High Court in civil suit No. 86 of 2009, has ordered and vested the said piece of land to Abubukar Swaleh Salim, which title deed of the said land is in custody of Songhai investments Limited, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument under section 33 (1) of the Registered Land Act Cap. 300 and issue a new title deed issued to Abubukar Swaleh Salim, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Songhai Investments Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
