TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2011 By Patrick Wahome, of P.O. Box 560, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Gatune Wahome, late of Nyahururu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2010. CAUSE NO. 172 OF 2011 By (1) Lydia Karambu Henry and (2) Edward Mwenda Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 196, Isiolo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. J. N. Pareno & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Gitonga Ibari alias Ibari Gitonga, late of Isiolo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 180 OF 2011 By (1) Anna Kagwiria Corinelius and (2) Juster Kathambi, both of P.O. Box 29, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiria M’Arithi, late of Igane, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2001. CAUSE NO. 185 OF 2011 By (1) Salesio Ntiritwa Manyara and (2) Sporah Karuru Muruu, both of P.O. Box 1078, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imanyara Munyua alias M’Imanyara M’Munyua, late of Ng’onyi, who died there in 1965. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
