NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitangoni, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Commercial. Area.—4.047 hectares approximately (10.0 acres). Description of land This land is situated 2.5 kilometres to north west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point ―A‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 197S1 and spotheight 228 are 12.4 kilometres and 6.5 kilometres distant on bearing of 116º 25' 00'' and 148º 30' 30'', respectively. Thence for a distance of 258.04 metres on a bearing of 28º 46' 36'' to point A2–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 122.19 metres on a bearing of 316º 34' 08'' to point A3–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 168.93 metres on a bearing of 135º 05' 33'' to point A4–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 95.00 metres on a bearing of 73º 35' 34'' to point A5–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 59.93 metres on a bearing of 89º 14' 21'' to point A6–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 99.87 metres on a bearing of 125º 40' 43'' to point A1–A.I.C.
