NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitangoni, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Business Cum Residential. Area.—5.51 hectares approximately (13.61 acres). Description of land This land is situated 2.5 kilometres to north west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point ―A‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 197S1 and spotheight 228 are 12.4 kilometres and 6.5 kilometres distant on bearing of 116º 25' 00'' and 148º 30' 30'', respectively. Thence for a distance of 232.82 metres on a bearing of 123º 52' 48'' to point MR2–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 11.33 metres on a bearing of 135º 00' 00'' to point MR3–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 2.83 metres on a bearing of 135º 00' 00'' to point MR4–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 28.79 metres on a bearing of 200º 55' 06'' to point MR5–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 51.74 metres on a bearing of 228º 55' 06'' to point MR6–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 39.12 metres on a bearing of 265º 33' 54'' to point MR7–A.I.C, thence for a distance of 131.93 metres on a bearing of 296º 33' 54'' to point MR8–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 67.54 metres on a bearing of 94º 57' 05'' to point MR9–A.I.C; thence for a distance of 15.0 metres on a bearing of 94º 57' 05'' to point MR10– A.I.C; thence for a distance of 258.04 metres on a bearing of 28º 46' 36'' back to point MR1–A.I.C All bearing given above are magnetic.
