NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been duly set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act, for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Mitangoni, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Commercial/Residential. Area.—17.440 hectares. Description of land This land is situated 7.5 kilometres to north west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point ―A‖, YAA 13, which is a IPC from which sport height 231 and sport height are 260 metres and 135 metres distant on bearing of 180º 30' 00'' and 246º 30' 00'', respectively. Thence for a distance of 379.32 metres on a bearing of 144º 33' 00'' to point YAA1– I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 75.74 metres on a bearing of 47º 40' 32'' to point YAA2–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 57.07 metres on a bearing of 78º 53' 13'' to point YAA3–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 46.07 metres on a bearing of 62º 52' 43'' to point YAA4–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 115.92 metres on a bearing of 79º 33' 45'' to point YAA5–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 75.96 metres on a bearing of 106º 02' 56'' to point YAA6–I.P.C., thence for a distance of 85.02 metres on a bearing of 88º 39' 08'' to point YAA7–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 50.00 metres on a bearing of 78º 30' 00'' to point YAA8– I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 124.621 metres on a bearing of 67º 20' 41'' to point YAA9–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 26.17 metres on a bearing of 96º 34' 55'' to point YAA10–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 127.49 metres on a bearing of 163º 07' 43'' to point YAA11–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 115.97 metres on a bearing of 07º 25' 53'' to point YAA12–I.P.C.; thence for a distance of 468.96 metres on a bearing of 61º 28' 03'' back to starting point.
