REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kiti Mwachiru, of P.O. Box 1153, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0206 hectare known as 1511 (orig. No. 53/335) Section II, situate Mainland North in the Kilifi District, by virtue a certificate of title registered as C.R. 20375 vide court order dated 16th December, 2010 civil suit No. 2489 of 2010 in the chief magistrates‘s court, Mombasa the registrar of titles is ordered to issue a provisional title to the registered owner, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
