WHEREAS Jesse Mburu Macharia (ID/4281141), of P.O. Box 39, Kabazi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 10.8 hectares, 8.5 hectares and 4.05 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaptutiei Central/1090, 1091 and 1092, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
