WHEREAS David Abdallah Itemere, of P.O. Box 55457–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts each, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kitengela/4180, 4192, 4193, 4199, 4200 and 4191, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
