REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stanslaus Oruko Mollo, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as West Karachuonyo/Kanyipir/619, containing 1.7 hectares, and whereas the High Court at Kisii in civil case No. 352 of 1990, has issued a court decree de-registering the said parcel replacing the ownership with Samwel Ogada Yugi, and whereas Stanslaus Oruko Mollo had been issued with land certificate on 19th May, 1982, and whereas it‘s so ordered that the name of Stanslaus Oruko Mollo be de-registered from the land certificate issued earlier shall be deemed nullified, and whereas efforts to compel him to surrender the land certificate earlier issued has failed, I intend to dispense with the production of the land certificate within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and proceed with the de-registration of ownership and replace with Samwel Ogada Yugi and upon such publication the land certificate issued earlier shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect.
