REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stallion Insurance Company Limited, of P.O. Box 12584, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 8/11399 (Kianjoya ―D‖), containing 0. 2023 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Naivasha in Misc. Civil Suit No. 1 of 2011, has issued a court order dated 14th January, 2011, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed in respect of the above piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deed to Joseph Ngaruiya Njama, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stallion Insurance Company Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
