REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samwel Johnson Ombaki, of P.O. Box 3099, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. Kamagambo/Kanyajuok/1337, and whereas the chairman of Rongo Land Control Board gave a letter of consent for transfer to Charles Owuor Kisuge, of P.O. Box 379, Sare, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration or thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of transfer of land in favour of Charles Owuor Kisuge, of P.O. Box 379, Sare, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Samwel Johnson Ombaki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 20th May, 2011. J. A.
