REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mutuku Isaac Malila, of P.O. Box 87340, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6982 Section I MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 21447, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
