REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Bin Salim Baakabe, of P.O. Box 83712, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1411 Malindi, situate in Malindi Township in Kilifi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 14648/1 of 0.3035 acre, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
