THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

TRANSFER

WHEREAS Elizabeth Njeri, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of that piece of land containing 0.9065 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Njoro Township Block 1/18, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, I wish to request the registrar to register the transfer within fourteen (14) days and thereafter to proceed and issue a title deed after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
