THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Atanas Muruli Ambehi, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. Kakamega/Ileho/881, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Chief Magistrate‘s Court in succession cause No. 2 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to James Bukhala Makwaka, of P.O. Box 9216-00200, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said James Bukhala Makwaka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Atanas Muruli Ambehi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
