GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7369

WHEREAS Ndathi Kaniki, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. Nihawa/Siakago/1724, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the Chief Magistrate‘s Court at Siakago, in succession cause No. 5 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to John Njiru Njuki (as trustee of Njuki Mutandike‘s family), and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of John Njiru Njuki (as trustee of Njuki Mutandike‘s family), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said John Njiru Njuki (as trustee of Njuki Mutandike‘s family), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndathi Kaniki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
