Box 64, Tala in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiiti Kioko, late of Kyanzavi Location, who died at Kambusu, on 3rd November, 1995. CAUSE NO. 483 OF 2011 By Mathew Muoki Nzuki, of P.O. Box 32–90138, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased‘s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresiah Mbithe Kyengo, late of Makindu Location, who died at Kambusu, on 4th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 495 OF 2011 By (1) Norman Maweu Nzivu, (2) Dixon Mutiso Nzivu and (3) Titus Kiilu Nzivu, all of P.O. Box 89, Kola in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nzivu Kakima, late of Kola Location, who died at Machakos General Hospital, on 18th November, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
