NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th November, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1263, in Volume DI, Folio 89/1747, File No. MMXI, by our client, Wangare Muruga, of P.O. Box, 13005–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Muruga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of former name Brian Muruga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wangare Muruga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address by assumed name Wangare Muruga only.
