THE SUGAR ACT

(No. 10 of 2001)

NOTIFICATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 5 of the Sugar (Elections) Regulations, 2002, the Minister for Agriculture, gives thirty (30) days notice of meetings to be convened in the electoral areas specified in the schedule for the purpose of holding elections of the members of the Kenya Sugar Board. The meetings referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be meetings of the grower and miller representatives in accordance with Regulations 3 and 4 of the Sugar (Elections) Regulations, 2002.
