THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Public Trustee of Kenya, of P.O. Box 49672–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4401, situate in Nairobi Municipality (in Makadara) in the Nairobi District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 16726/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
