WHEREAS (1) Helen Mukenyi Githinji, (2) Lucy Wangari Ngei and (3) Dorcas Wambui, of P.O. Box 21142, 47976 and 61151, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, respectively, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.99 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/4775 and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection have been received within that period.
