WHEREAS (1) Esha Bakari Mohamed, (2) Ummi Bakari Mohamed, (3) Rehena Bakari, all of Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Shirazi Bodo/114, and whereas the first edition of the land register showing aforesaid ownership is lost, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the said ownership and loss, notice is given that I shall open a new land register at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received that period.
