GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6738

WHEREAS Konsiphiter Moraa Makabuni, of P.O. Box 645, Keroka in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land parcel No. Manga Settlemennt Scheme/460, situate in Nyamira District, and whereas the judge of the High Court at Kisii in civil suit No. 59/1966, has ordered that the said piece of land be sub-divided equally between the two wives, of P.O. Box 645, Keroka, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of the two wives, of P.O. Box 645, Keroka, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said two wives and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Konsiphiter Moraa Makabuni, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
