TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2011 By (1) Maria Jepkemboi Kosgei, (2) Wilson Kirwa Limo and (3) Jackson Kipngetich Limo, all of P.O. Box 72, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William K. Kosgei, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2011 By (1) Mary Wambui Mungai and (2) Joyce Nyambura, both of P.O. Box 8082, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mungai Mwangi, late of Huruma, who died there on 3rd April, 2003. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2011 By (1) Christopher Kiprono Rotich and (2) Dorcas Kiprono, both of P.O. Box 16, Chebiemit in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Jerotich Limo, late of Chebiemit, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
