APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated 10th July, 2008, I appointed Raphael K. Maseki, Auditor I, to be liquidator of Bima ya Taifa Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) (C/S 2113), for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Raphael K. Maseki, Auditor I, has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 10th July, 2010, for another period not exceeding one-year for the said Raphael K. Maseki, Auditor I, Ministry Headquarters to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society. Dated the 10th July, 2011. F. F.
